I am James L. Keilson, president of Maryland
Home Inspections Services, Inc., I am a Maryland and Virginia State Licensed
and Certified
Home Inspector. I am a native to the Maryland and Northern Virginia
area and a graduate
of University of Maryland (1986). I have over 25 years of experience in
residential and Commercial building and remodeling. This also includes
custom commercial tenant fit up work. I also have extensive knowledge
and experience in
the electrical construction, design and build of both Residential and
Commercial Electrical systems. In addition to all of my hands on work experience
I have also passed all of the required state of Maryland and Virginia licensing
requirements as well as successfully passing the National Home Inspector Exam. In addition I am a member in good standing of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors
(NACHI). As a member of
InterNACHI I am constantly continuing my Home Inspection education and successfully
obtaining new certifications in a wide variety of building and
structural components of all types of residential and commercial
structures. In addition I am also a Certified Radon and Mold Inspector and a
member of the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants
(IAC2). This experience gives
